About the Role
? Experience Level: Mid-level (3+ years in B2B Marketing)
We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to join our expanding team and help drive our enterprise growth strategy. If you're a marketer with SaaS or tech experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact, this could be a perfect fit.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our content, sales, and customer success teams to create multi-channel campaigns, strengthen our brand in the B2B space, and turn enterprise user insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
? Strategy & Analytics
- Support the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies for enterprise growth.
- Collaborate with sales & customer success teams to align messaging and optimize the funnel.
- Track key metrics (leads, conversions, campaign performance) and help optimize campaigns.
- Collect & analyze feedback from enterprise customers to inform strategy.
? Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Run multi-channel campaigns (email, content promotion, events, etc.).
- Support partnerships and sponsorships in L&D, HR, and internal communications spaces.
- Assist in developing personas and customer journey maps for enterprise segments.
? Content & Brand
- Collaborate on marketing assets like case studies, one-pagers, and sales enablement tools.
- Support thought leadership efforts to position AhaSlides in the enterprise space.
- Organize webinars, virtual events, and industry talks.
- Boost brand presence on LinkedIn, relevant communities, and publications.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS or tech is a big plus).
- Strong writing and communication skills tailored to business audiences.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns and tools (email, social, content).
- Comfort with data — basic understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
- Background in SaaS, HR tech, or communication platforms.
- Familiarity with ABM and webinar/event tools.
Success Metrics
- Lead Quality & Conversion: % of B2B leads converting to opportunities
- Revenue Impact: Contribution to enterprise MRR & ACV growth
- Pipeline Generation: Volume of marketing-qualified leads
- Customer Feedback: Enterprise satisfaction and insights looped into strategy
