AhaSlides is an audience engagement platform that allows leaders, managers, educators, and speakers to connect with their audience and let them interact in real-time. We launched AhaSlides in July 2019. It’s now being used and trusted by millions of users from over 200 countries all around the world.
We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join our team, as part of our effort to scale up sustainably.

Job Overview:
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers who express interest in our products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture these leads, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to convert them into satisfied customers. Additionally, you’ll identify new business opportunities and work closely with the Growth team to develop strategies for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via email, chat, and calls, providing expert guidance on AhaSlides’ solutions.
- Qualify and nurture leads to ensure they are the right fit for our platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Educate potential customers on AhaSlides’ features, pricing, and best use cases.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up diligently.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve conversion rates.
- Identify upselling and expansion opportunities with existing customers.
- Provide feedback to the product team to enhance our offerings based on customer insights.
- Willing to work different time zones when needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is a must.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed and driving revenue growth.
- Experience using CRM and other professional tools (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, Jira) is desirable.
- Resilience, adaptability and willingness to learn new skills with an open-minded approach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
