We are AhaSlides, a SaaS (software as a service) company. AhaSlides is an audience engagement platform that allows leaders, managers, educators, and speakers to connect with their audience and let them interact in real-time. We launched AhaSlides in July 2019. It’s now being used and trusted by millions of users from over 200 countries all around the world.

We are looking for an Inbound Marketing Executive to join our team, as part of our effort to scale up sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of the Branding and Content team - participate in all different Branding and Content projects.
• Collaborate with agencies and freelancers to manage projects, including social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram), content creation, tutorial video production, and translation tasks.
• Research trending content topics related to the product, target audience, industry, and educational/corporate contexts, translating insights into meaningful social media strategies, blog content, and template production.
• Design and produce templates for users.
• Conduct webinars for product introduction and user onboarding.
• Support the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks when needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in English (minimum IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
• University degree in PR, Marketing, or Education
• Confident in public speaking and experienced in presentations.
• Proactive, passionate, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Creativity and Problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and improve continuously.
• Basic project management skills and the ability to collaborate with freelancers and agencies.
• Experience with content marketing and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva is an advantage.
• Experience in event hosting, team-building activities, training, or education sessions is a strong advantage.
