Job Purpose

The job holder organize the implementation of strategic projects and take responsibility for the implementation results.

Key Accountabilities (1)

• Initiative Management
• Ensure the progress and results of the overall strategic project implementation during the design and pilot phases (including financial results, if any).
• Ensure progress and results during project implementation.
• Define scope, key deliverables, implementation timeline, required resources, project charter (principles) and ensure management of project scope changes, if any.
• Directing, guiding the implementation of diagnosis, design, pilot (1-2 rounds) of initiatives.
• Organize working programs on solving arising problems with the Division Director, Project Team and Executive Board.
• Solve difficult problems and report to the Block Manager and Project Implementation Team, if necessary.
• Provide technical support during the implementation phase (if required).
• Develop a professional training program to ensure that the project is implemented according to the original design.

• Report
• Report to Head of Digital Marketing and/or Chief Marketing Officer on project implementation progress and challenges that may arise during implementation (if any).
• Approve contents related to the initiative in internal communication, if necessary.

• Resource plananing và managment
• Develop resource plans for all phases of the project.
• Ensure the implementation of the financial objectives of the project.
• Determine the selection criteria and conduct interviews with project specialists.
• Building and improving the capacity of the group through training and mentoring programs.
• Conduct performance evaluation for project specialists.
• Build a culture and a healthy and cooperative working environment.

Marketing and all functional units in the bank: mainly with Business, RBG, CA, Strategy, Finance, Procurement, IT, Operations divisions.

Service providers for TCB in media & digital marketing services, KOLs, online communities…

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher, major in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant areas
  
  

Expertise

• Understanding digital marketing và financial and insurance products/services
• Strong understanding of strategy and budgeting.
  
  

Experience

Specialization: at least 08 years of experience in marketing và communications, prefered in banking và fincaical service industry

• Management: at least 04 years of expereince in people managent or equivalent position
  
  

Foreign Language

• Business English standard of proficiency as required for the role
