- Tracking of sales pipeline and validation of leads/opportunities
- Monitor monthly and quarterly sales pipeline conversion against KPIs
- Maintain weekly and monthly sales dashboard
- Collect and analyze trade data, market trends, competitors’ movements, and identify where the potential business opportunities and risks are
- Drive client engagements by pro-actively sharing information from market research on clients’ needs to the commercial team within the region
- Supporting sales efforts by preparing relevant marketing collaterals
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1-2 years as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge and experience in Salesforce, Tableau, and CRM tools preferred
- Strong analytical, conceptualization, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in developing dashboards, visual mock-ups, etc
- Good command in English
- Able to work well under pressure and balance several tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in working with spreadsheets as well as other computer applications
