- Facilitating the execution of the document posting process and ensuring adherence to established procedures and guidelines.
- Managing the team email box and handling internal emails globally regarding document posting, archiving requests or process-related issues.
- Performing thorough checks on documents to verify that they comply with file naming, document control, and change management requirements as defined.
- Posting and archiving documents correctly and in a timely manner, demonstrating precision and efficiency.
- Flagging any discrepancies or issues to the relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Updating, maintaining, and managing accurate and real-time records of all posting and archiving requests.
- Providing performance data and reports as assigned
- Handling internal administrative tasks as assigned
- Assisting with other ah-hoc duties as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tertiary education in business administration, business information system, testing & certification, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in document management, administration, project coordination, or a related role.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Attentive to details and committed to accuracy.
- Responsible, patient, mature and self-motivated.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize workloads effectively.
