• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase Bureau Veritas' capabilities.
• Market Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Analyze market data to identify potential areas for business growth and improvement.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing the value of Bureau Veritas' non-food certification services.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and comprehensive proposal submissions.
• Work collaboratively with the Certification Department team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and legal to facilitate the certification process.
