• To be a main actor in the Check in and Check out process and will be available to help the guest in any of his request.

• To create an impression of efficiency, friendliness and warmth to the guest in term of appearance, attitude and professionalism.

• To handle all incoming calls, logging, guest messages and facsimiles.

• To follow the supervisors’ instructions, particularly, following up the guests requests.

• To ensure that all Check in and Check out made by her/his own fully completed, correct and in line with the standards.

• To be attentive on all information received during the different briefings, read the logbook at the beginning of shift, report quickly any problem or question to supervisor.

• To take care VIP guest arriving at the Front Desk and ensure that Check in smoothly and efficiently as standard

• To complete and submit the immigration registration as hotel policy.
