Developing strategies, policies, regulations on credit risk management
Building models for credit risk measurement model
Participating in projects related to credit risk management.
Credit portfolio management.
Prepare relevant reports within the scope of assigned work.
Developing and operating the Internal Credit Rating System
Training and guiding units and staff to implement and comply with policies and regulations on credit risk management.
Other tasks assigned by Head/Deputy Head.
Consult with units on the development of products, programs, policies and regulations related to credit risk

Education

Bachelor or higher degree in relevant majors.

Knowledge and technical skills

Particularly good Professional Competence
Knowledge of credit operations of credit institutions.
English Proficiency at work.
Management Competency
Good general competence: Ability to communicate; Creativity and continuous improvement; Ability to work in a team/organization; High sense of responsibility at work.
Having in- depth knowledge of credit risk management,
Knowledge of risk modeling, machine learning, data visualization and Basel
Computer skills: proficient in using Word and Excel

Preference

Proficient in using data analysis software such as R, SAS, Python.
Certificates related to risk management
Risk management experience in financial institutions.
