1/ General Administrative Tasks:

• Open and close the center punctually according to its operating hours.
• Manage supplies by placing orders as needed and support staff with document printing.
• Oversee assets within the center and coordinate any facility maintenance needs with the management team.

2/ Managing Prospects and Meetings:

• Assist and welcome visitors to the WSE center, connecting them with the appropriate team members.
• Collect and organize prospective student information, schedule meetings with Educational Consultants, and adhere to online program distribution policies.
• Enter details into the CRM system and assist students taking the Online Placement Test.
• Manage incoming calls and support the Coach team by logging lead information into the system.requests with the management team.
