PERFORMANCE (40%)
a) In charge of pricing and quotation:

• Collect and check received quotes, for complex quotes under instruction of Supervisor, Manager.
• Collaborating with product teams to collect data to make accurate and appropriate quotations.
• Offer quotation to customer/agent according to guidance.
• Follow up with operation team to ensure cargo will be handled as SOP.
• Input revenue into e-FMS and other systems if required.
• Make KPI reports, join meeting with customer agent (if any)
• Manage cost/revenue, report for P&L as request.
• Handle ad-hoc report and tasks assigned by Supervisor, Manager.

b) Project report:

• Send email to product teams to complete necessary data as template.
• Ensure the accuracy and reasonableness of the data and then sum it up in the report.
• Send to PIC on team to review and send to Agent/ customer as timelines
• Join the meeting with to review KPI, make minutes meeting and send to relevant parties.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (15%)

• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments: Product and Commercial team, HR, Accounting, …
• Good communication and building relationship
• Support AR/ Accounting department chasing Customer/Agent payment for outstanding if any

OPERATION EXCELLENCE & HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (35%)

• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.
• Teamwork efficiency: support and back up for other team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree, major in the relevant fields.
• English with fluent 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing).
• Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
• Customer – oriented, planning, organizing & supervising
• 3-6 months experience in sales intern position.
• Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working.
