1. Receive Assignment and Provide Consultation:

• Participate in the assessment and research of the IMC assignment (primarily focused on Online Marketing).
• Study, analyze, and evaluate potential customer needs; approach and propose communication plans that match customer needs.
• Play a leading role in pitching sessions to persuade clients.

1. Develop a Communication Plan:

• Survey information regarding the communication and advertising needs and budgets of clients (fully understand client briefs).
• Connect with relevant product departments, lead discussions to clarify the assignment, record suggestions, finalize tasks to be performed, and provide timelines for activities.
• Assess the client's budget, coordinate with relevant departments to prepare quotations; the preparation of quotations is done in parallel with the development of proposals.
• Manage communication and advertising campaigns:
  • Collaborate with the Account operations team to coordinate and supervise the communication campaign according to the agreed plan and contract.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the direct manager.​
