Founded in 2010, we have strived to be the world leader in e-commerce enablers in term of trading, product creating and e-commerce servicing. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only US e-commerce market but also to enter new e-commerce markets of more than 15 countries in Europe, Asia and North America, not only Amazon channel but also Walmart, Wayfair among others. I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Communication

• Deliver creative, engaging and impactful communication posts, linking to the company events, strategy, value, and culture
• Support to maintain internal & external communication channels which include understanding the specifics of each channel.
• Support employer brand promotion campaigns across various channels, including career fairs, industry events, and employer review sites,..

Engagement

• Coordinate and support organization of engagement projects and internal, cultural events.
• Gathering feedback to help improve employee engagement

Administrative Support

• Support the team with administration tasks such as meeting scheduling and organization, payment requests and management, and report preparation.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Be able to express your ideas clearly in writing and design, strong relationship builder with team player personality.
• Proficient in writing and designing. Be able to work with Social Media networks, spreadsheets and designing tools (Canva, Ps, AI, …) well.
• English is required.
• Good communication skills, logical thinking, teamwork mindset, proactive and willing to learn at work.
• Acquiring proven participation in University activities is a big plus.
