Chi tiết công việc
Responsibility:
• Keeping advertising, social media posts, other online content schedule up to date
• Create and write social media, webite, and off-printing content.
• Assist with the half termly newsletter.
• Manage social media and parent portal news feed.
• Assist the graphic design and edit short clips using Canva and Capcut or anything relatives.
• Running and contact point open days, events, and workshop for the school
• CMS- updating websites.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs Business Suite, and other Office software that may apply in the future.
• Ability to multitask and time manage.
• Ability to stay flexible and adaptable.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude
• Have strong interpersonal skills that complement a proactive, solution-driven, team-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
