Job Description:
- Generates and processes new projects as necessary
- Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with Sota Tek’s service
- Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary

Requirements:
- Knowledge in economics and/or equivalent experience
- Being fluent in Chinese is a must, verbal English is nice to have
- Communicate clearly and in a thorough manner. Have the ability to negotiate with customers.
