Role Description

This is a full-time Business Unit Manager role based in Ho Chi Minh City. The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the business unit's performance, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the team meets targets and objectives. This is an on-site role that requires leadership and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Experience in experiential marketing, field force management
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive performance and meet business objectives
Knowledge of data-driven marketing and sales techniques
Experience working with global Fortune 500 clients is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
