Set sales targets for dealers and achieve them through frequent visits;
Manage and monitor dealer’s daily sales operations in compliance with the company’s sales policies, conduct training, and maintain dealer motivation;
Ensure dealers comply with laws and regulations related to automobile sales (Decree 116, etc.);
Guide dealers to improve customer satisfaction by frequently visiting dealers and working as a dealer staff to develop advanced customer service skills and be able to respond to customer needs, requests, and all inquiries;
Control inventory to make sure dealers adhere to stock standards for vehicles and parts;
Analyze sales data and reports about market trends, competitors and dealers’ problems and challenges, then make regular and timely reports (situation, countermeasure, action plan, etc.) to superiors and General Directors;
Conduct on-site activities to improve service retention rates and increase end-of-life sales of genuine parts;
Do other tasks as required by Managers,

Bachelor’s degree holder in relevant fields (Economics, Automotive, Business Administration, etc.);
Good command of English and Microsoft Office;
Active and logical thinker with abilities to take immediate actions;
