ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION
As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and serving as the overseas point of contact for those clients. Your goal will be to maintain strong relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the sourcing office to ensure smooth communication, identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure new projects and items, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.
· Problem Resolution: Address concerns or issues promptly and effectively, working with internal teams as needed to find solutions.
· Business Development: Identify opportunities to sell additional products or categories to existing clients.
