• MANAGE and DEVELOP an outbound call center.
• RECRUIT and TRAIN new sales staff.
• Continuously create new ideas and progams to motivate staff to acomplish weekly target.
• DEVELOP sales strategies and provide leadership to achievement of sales target.
• Responsible for sales teams’ weekly performance and meeting sales targets.
• Positions available in both HCMC & Hanoi
Yêu cầu công việc
• Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English
• Proven track record in sales
• Minimum 2 years holding similar managerial position (Sales Manager)
• University Graduate or equivalent
• 28 years old and above
• Excellent communication skills
• Results driven with a positive attitude and capable to work under pressure
• Background in hospitality industry is a plus!
