Mô tả Công việc
- Keep Information desks in a clean and tidy condition.
- Always keep uniform in good condition and reflect the professional image of the building.
- Maintain neat and tidy hairstyle (off the face) and appropriate make-up during working time.
- Notify Cleaning department to immediately clean any glass, doors or floor area at main
lobbies, corridors, etc. that become dirty.
- Always welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone in a friendly
attitude.
- At all times acknowledge clients’ presence with respect by keeping eye contact with clients
and smile on the face.
- Record and monitor visitors’ access into and out of the Towers on visitor logbook as required.
- Receive tenant service requests/ complaints, record them on the logbook and forward it
immediately to the in-charge person/ department and then report to the Customer Service
Supervisor/ Operation Manager.
- Receive Repair/ Maintenance requests from tenants and complete WOF (Work Order Forms)
then pass on to the relevant Departments.
- Maintain continuation and completion of works by documenting, communicating and
following up actions.
- Maintain high awareness on security related matters and ensure all activities comply with
Cobi Tower’s policy, regulations, and procedures.
- Receive mail for the Management Office from the Postman/ Security Guard.
- Record details of all mail received in the “MAIL IN” log book.
- Deliver mail to the right recipient and record details of mail delivered in the “MAIL
DELIVERY” log book.
- Handover mail to the Postman for delivery and record in the “MAIL OUT” Logbook.
- Execute other tasks as assigned by Customer Service Supervisor/ Operation Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education Level Required: Diploma Degree or above.
Professional designations: Shopping Mall/ Office Customer Service Officer/ Hotel/Apartment Receptionist (from or above 2 years of experiences).Demonstrate good verbal and written English skills.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Have a teamwork spirit and strong work ethics.
- Be willing to learn new functions, procedures and recognize opportunities to improve.
- Ability to analys situations, evaluate alternatives and come up with workable solutions.
- Be Creative, enthusiastic, responsible and have “can-do” attitude.
