You’ll be responsible for assisting the marketing department for all Minthacare brands. Your main goal is to coordinate with different channels (online and offline) to ensure good implementation of marketing campaigns defined by the management and ensure all targets are achieved.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Trade activities Monitoring following projects: Coordinating well with other team (Medical, Retail) to implement POSM, promotion box,... ensure following the campaign timeline and quantity
• Manage the activity performance in collaborating with key commercial retailers: Monitor partnership activities with retailers: monthly social post, minigame, livestream planning,…
• Promotion: Keep & checking POSM/ GWP stock (local production)
• Evaluation & Report: Monitor and report for activation and in-mall events
• Budget Management: Follow up all the cost of Trade Consumer Team
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Extensive cross-functional collaboration including with field sales, brand marketing, designer and finance.
• Follow up operational tasks: Follow up and manage well the paperwork related to BTL activities: promotion registration, supplier/agency documents,…

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business and any relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in trade marketing (FMCG, Beauty or Cosmetic)
• Good working attitude and logical thinking.
• Good at English Communication, proficiency in MS Office.
• Have knowledge in design and contents.
• Willing to travel upon job required
