Responsibilities:
- Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices. Support the month end closing process by reviewing the analysis of monthly & quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the management team.
- Support the Head of Finance in leading discussion with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Business team on key fluctuation Quarter vs Quarter/Month vs Month and comparison with Budget/forecast movements.
- Monitor the cash flow position and ensure sufficient funds for operations needs
- Review Balance Sheet reconciliation and having the pre and post close analysis with the Shared Service team ensuring key balance sheet clearing accounts and provision are sufficiently provided.
- Inter-company reconciliation between related entities and ensuring all clearing accounts are cleared.
- Lead the statutory audits including liaising with external auditors, internal and external corporate secretary ensuring timelines are met per regulatory requirements.
- Manage direct report and provide adequate support and guidance where applicable.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in retail, apparel or fashion industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- Deep knowledge and experience in internal control and contract review.
- Familiar with relevant local rules and regulations; experienced in working with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities under tight deadlines.
- Bilingual, Vietnamese is a must, with fluency in another language (English or Chinese), in order to liaise with counterparts in China HQ.

Công ty Cổ phần Tân Việt Sin Foods có tiền thân là DNTN SXTM XNK TÂN VIỆT SIN được thành lập từ năm 2002 đến nay đã tròn 13 năm. Không chỉ tập trung vào thị trường bán lẻ, công ty Tân Việt Sin cũng hết sức chú trọng trong việc phân phối sản phẩm đến tay người tiêu dùng tại các tỉnh thành thông qua hệ thống đại lý và nhà phân phối.
