Overview
The Interpreter and Assistant to Group CEO is responsible for carrying out interpretation tasks during BOM & BOD meetings and document translation from Japaneses / English to Vietnamese and vice versa; as well as fulfill coordination and administration tasks to ensure effective support Group CEO in Company’s day-to-day operational management.
Responsibility
1. Interpretation tasks during meetings and document translation
• Perform consecutive or simultaneous interpretation in meetings like BOD meetings, Committee meetings, BOM meetings, Company Council meetings and other meetings upon assignment.
• Ensure accurate information delivery and effective communication throughout working sessions between foreign expats and company personnel
• Prepare and translate a wide range of corporate documents, such as reports, contracts, submissions, meeting agendas, memos from GCEO office, technical documents, etc., in both Japaneses / English and Vietnamese.
• Support to check and verify Meeting Minutes (MoMs), ensuring all MoMs accurately include discussed issues and contents of the meeting.
2. Coordination and administrative tasks to support GCEO Office
• Follow up with respective departments to monitor the implementation of assigned tasks in the meeting minutes
• Support administrative and logistics work, including arranging meeting schedules, booking meeting rooms, etc.
• Precise interpretation in BOD, BOM meetings to ensure effective communication between stakeholders and parties.
Yêu cầu công việc
•Bachelor's Degree in English, Business Administration or similar field
• Comprehensive knowledge in Finance/ Business Administration/ ProjectManagement/ Project Development is preferable
• Japanese (N2 Qualified) or equivalent certificates.
• IELTS band score 7.5 or equivalent certificates as proof of high Englishproficiency (Toeic, Toefl, FCE, Cambridge ESOL…)
• Experience/ qualification in other languages is beneficial.
• Experience as an assistant to CEO/ Project manager/ assistant to projectdirector is preferable.
• Extensive experience in interpretation and translation skills, especiallyconsecutive interpretation and simultaneous interpretation
• Experience in real estate is a plus
