Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for handling large datasets.
• Develop and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate data systems and meet business needs.
• Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in data systems to ensure reliability.
• Implement data governance policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated on new technologies and apply best practices in data engineering.
• Secure sensitive data and build cloud-based infrastructure for modern solutions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Proven experience in data engineering or data processing projects.
• English: Fluent
• Proficiency with pandas and other data manipulation libraries.
• Experience with PySpark (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with Azure Databricks (or similar cloud-based data platforms).
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals (e.g., data structures, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts).
• Comfortable working with APIs (REST, RPC, GraphQL) and large-scale datasets. Experience building data pipelines and ETL workflows and familiarity with Delta Lake, Spark SQL, and notebook-based workflows in Databricks (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Clear communication, especially for remote or cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
