YOUR MISSION:

The Intern, Retail will be responsible for the direct day-to-day sales reconciliation to upload SAP, as well as support on store operation & partners promotions

TASK 1: DAILY SALES RECONCILATION

• Provide administrative support for retail projects and seasonal campaigns
• Assist in update & managing customer data using internal systems
• Support store team and line manager in inventory movement tracking and reconciliation
  
  

TASK 2: RETAIL OPERATION SUPPORT

• Support on store customers services, collaborate with Store Manager to prepare for new launching/ promotion to update frequent customers
• Support store goods receive in peak time (He/She will work at store one day per week)
• Research partners and competitors promotion/ VM/ pricing monthly
• Assist in monitor store compliance with operational standards and brand guidelines
  
  

TASK 3: REPORT and OTHERS

• ECUS, SAP, PBI report and all kinds
• Following up pending payment/ hard copies collection to suppliers/ vendors
• Others assigned by line manager
  
  

YOUR TALENT:

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs or Logistics
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solution-oriented, highly structured, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
