Mô tả công việc
Perform the role of a Corporate legal executive including but not limited to corporate legal tasks and other ones of Board of Directors (BOD).
Corporate legal:
- Ensuring that all departments of the company have been to guidelines and implement the right laws.
- Researching to support legal proceedings and stay updated on new laws and regulations.
- Being in charge of all enterprise legal activities.
- Having good technical skills and knowledge in a range of competencies, understanding risk and file management obligations and ensure that your file management responsibilities are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Advising and preparing documentation on the legal aspects of setting up a new business and/or changing the legality information of the company
- Drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts and legal documents to mitigate company liability.
Tasks from BOD & BOM:
- Preparing documents and participating in meetings related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects, working with investment funds.
- Being in charge of secretarial duties for meetings of the BOD and BOM to execute management and operations functions.
Others:
- Coordinating with the corporation&039;s legal department in some work related to the company.
- Implementing the other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualification:
- Degree : Bachelor degree or higher.
- Informatics : Good.
- Experience : 2- 3 years of experience in equivalent positions, experience in education industry & investment legal documents is preferred.
- Language : Good in English skills.
- Expertise : Corporate legal.
