1. New product sourcing & development: - Conduct market research & analysis to identify customer needs and product opportunities. Keep updating market trends via market observation, market visits. - Identify category growth's opportunities. Work with category head to establish plans and goals for each product sourcing/ development project. This includes setting objectives, product KPIs & timeline. - Source products & suppliers to deliver project's objectives. Ensure competitive edge in terms of selling price, commercial margin, product modernity and quality. 2. Sale strategy & category management: - Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of product display to optimize store layout. - Develop sales strategies to manage retail prices, run campaigns, other sales & marketing programs and optimize investments suppliers. - Responsible for sales and gross profit according to set KPI and inventory turnover management. - Manage current and potential customer database, analyze customer's needs and behaviors to improve customers experience. - Keep track of product & category performance - Develop plan to improve category growth 3. Suppliers management: - Identify, establish and grow strategic partnerships - Negotiate trade terms/contracts annually/ investment with suppliers - Proactive to develop supplier network (local & international) 4. Cross-function collaboration - Work closely with stores, planning team, QA & compliance team, Social content & Visual team to deliver business's objective- University graduate & above. GPA greater than 7.5 is a plus - Minimum 1-2 years of proven business development/ merchandising/ product development/ marketing experience - Good with numbers, strong communication, enthusiastic, honest, hardworking - Strong negotiation & communication skills in both English & Vietnamese - Strong business development, planning skills & analytical ability - Ability to adapt quickly & work under a fast-space environment - The passion of the merchandise career and passion of sale- Annual bonus: 2 - 3 months under minimum KPI requirement - Fast promotion opportunities based on personal ability - Work in a dynamic, open, creative environment - Regular training, company team building, birthday bonus
