If you are a tech professional ready to work with our Founder on planning and managing IT projects, we are looking for you! Our ideal candidate can understand and connect the worlds of business and technology, briefing our teams, manage the process and delight our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manages software development projects including planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and quality management
• Determine the project schedule, coordinate resources, progress and follow up to ensure projects are delivered on time and effectively
• Working closely with product manager/BA, developer, QA/QC teams to clear requirements and finalize project timeline
• Build project team spirit by motivating and connecting team members to contribute to company and projects success
• Detects & identifies encountered problems and proposes reasonable solutions
• Coordinating with production team (developer and QC) to be clear on the project status and report to the founder and communication to client as required
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Have knowledge of computer science or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a project manager in software development company
• Understanding of software development for a wide range of products
• Proficient in defining project management tools
• Excellence communication and negotiation skills
• Excellence English skills for all listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Ability to self-study and update new knowledge

Nice to have:

• Experienced in software development for ERP, eCommerce, Telehealth clinics products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science-related field
