* Team and Role Introduction: The Performance Management (PM) team is in charge of managing the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and collaborating with other functions in Platform Logistics to ensure the suitability, and compliance of these KPIs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical cross-functional standards and processes to build up operational excellence and systematic performance management, including any strategic projects. * Responsibilities: - The Performance Management (PM) Manager is in charge of defining, executing, managing, and reporting the right Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and works hand in hand with other functions across Platform Logistics ventures to ensure the suitability, compliance of these KPIs. - Measure, monitor, and report Logistics Performance in terms of operational workflow, 3PLs performance, buyer & seller experience on modes of Business as usual (BAU) and Mega Campaigns (CP). - Provide data analysis, data visualization, and statistical tools to support Platform Logistics Functions as well as ad-hoc business analysis. - Design and control governance of working processes related to critical domains in PM at regional and venture levels. - Identify key areas to optimize processes, reduce cost, increase productivity, and ultimately enhance customer experiences based on data analysis and market/ industry insights. - Collaborate with stakeholders in monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing performance across service sectors. - Coordinate in project framework to reach business objectives.* Requirements / Qualifications (must have): - Minimum of Bachelor's degree in supply chain and logistics, industrial engineering, and business management. - 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in performance management with knowledge of marketplace operations, transportation first mile last mile operation. - Solid knowledge and understanding of e-logistics industry and practices. - Advanced analytical skills, capability to structure in framework, monitoring, and planning. - Strong communication & stakeholder management skills, project management skills and drive improvement initiatives execution. - Ability to learn fast, handle complex tasks, prioritize objectives and be self-motivated. - Adaptability in multi-cultural environments.
