We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager with a passion for the restaurant industry to lead and elevate our prestigious Complex comprising 4 top-tier restaurants in District 1.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Take charge of managing 4 Restaurant Managers, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 4 exquisite restaurants: a sophisticated Tapas Spanish fine dining, an authentic Korean BBQ, a fusion Japanese eatery, and a luxurious VVIP lounge.
• Drive the attainment of business goals and sales targets through the development and execution of strategic business plans.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers, fostering an environment conducive to business growth.
• Optimize team performance, ensuring a professional and positive workplace atmosphere.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and uphold impeccable quality standards.

General Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, with at least 2 years in a high-level General Manager role.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary trends and styles, coupled with the ability to create unique and unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
• Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating and promoting collaboration within the organization.
• Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking to drive business development.
• Efficient time management and effective prioritization skills.
