Responsibilities:
COO Assistant:
- Administrative Support: Manage the COO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements, Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials, agendas, presentations and minutes
- Communication and Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
- Information Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date files, databases, and records
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of different projects and events that assigned by COO
RevOps:
- Collection and analysis of data across the entire revenue generation process
- Evaluate current processes, programs, and systems, determine how these can be improved to increase revenue, minimize costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights in business data to optimize sales, marketing, and CS processes
- Maintain good data hygiene
- Be responsible for OKR completion, incentives unlocked, sales rewards
- Provide Hubspot training
- Maintain CRM hygiene
- Be responsible for recruitment for sales folks, training, building relationships, etc.
- Deal with requests related to India and Indonesia team as well
Job requirements:
Must-have:
- At least 2 years of working experience
- 1- 2 years of operational experience in IT, Marketing industry
- Good command of English
- Strong communication skills
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in using Hubspot
- Data analytics experience
- Data science background
- Extrovert personality
- Ability to map business processes, flows, and data models: configure workflows, fields, and objects and take requirements for other team members to execute
- Strong project management, organization, and critical thinking skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Adaptable and can work on multiple projects at once while collaborating with different departments.
Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday
