ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compile, analyze and report sales data
• Provide actionable insights to Sales Head and BOM 
• Monitor and analyze customers, competitors and market trends
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance by sales channel, by product and by sales branches and sales team.
• Create accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market analysis, and sales trends.
• Work with the finance team to align sales forecasts with financial projections.
• Adjust forecasts as necessary based on changing market conditions and sales performance
• Adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
• Analyze sales promotion and sales campaigns effectiveness and provide recommendations
• Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives 
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager and CMD

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Basic requirements:

Language: Proficient in English

2. Qualifications: 

• Education qualification: Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 year working experience, preferably in finance reporting, market research, data analyst
• Experience working in consumer lending, banks or fintech lending companies are a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, SQL 
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Multi-tasking & effective time management
• Critical thinking, result oriented and can do attitude
• Integrity, Accountability and Ownership 
• Proactive, enthusiastic at work, and able to work under pressure.
