Job Summary:
POPMART Vietnam (operated by TG Group) is seeking an experienced and strategic SCM Leader to oversee and optimize our import, warehousing, and supply chain operations. The SCM Leader will be responsible for streamlining import procedures, improving warehouse coordination, and ensuring high efficiency in inventory flow. This position requires strong coordination with third-party forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and improve import-export procedures, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese customs and global POPMART standards.
Lead and oversee logistics coordination, including booking shipments, customs clearance, and final-mile delivery.
Optimize warehousing processes, including storage planning, stock accuracy, inventory turnover, and shelf-life monitoring.
Evaluate and improve SCM SOPs, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with company growth plans.
Coordinate with Forwarders / Shippers to ensure high service level and shipping reliability.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and cost inefficiencies across the supply chain.
Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends, campaign schedules, and seasonality.
Manage cross-border procurement documents, import licenses, and tax paperwork.
Monitor SCM KPIs such as lead time, delivery accuracy, and cost per shipment
Collaborate closely with Retail, VM, Finance, and HQ SCM team for demand alignment.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in import/export or supply chain leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese import regulations, tax codes, and customs practices.
Experience in managing forwarders, 3PL, and cross-border shipping.
Familiar with ERP/inventory systems and Excel-based stock analysis.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and cross-functionally across teams.
Effective communication in English and Vietnamese (Mandarin is a plus).
Highly organized and deadline-driven.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Familiarity with POPMART's product types or collectibles.
Experience launching new warehouse systems or stock distribution models.Strategic leadership role in a fast-growing retail brand in Vietnam
