Mô Tả Công Việc
- Join participate in reviewing operation terms and articles in the contract between ZaloPay and Partners.
- To solve problems and disputes from customers relating to transaction via ZaloPay and Partners.
- Reconciliation such as Bank transaction, Billings, Utilities & Finance service, Promotion, etc…
- To ensure payment, settlement and control transactions are carried out correctly, on time and accurately.
- To implement, monitor and check daily and monthly settlement and with partners Merchants /Banks, supplier & Internal control.
- Identify and investigate the root cause of settlement discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to resolve issues.
- Generating weekly/ monthly reports.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree in Finance & Business
- At least 2 years of experience working within team at e-Wallet industry or banking industry.
- Good understanding of online payment industry issues.
- Strong problem - solving skills.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint.
- At least 2 years of experience working within team at e-Wallet industry or banking industry.
- Good understanding of online payment industry issues.
- Strong problem - solving skills.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint.
