THE OPPORTUNITY

Our partner is a top Australia-based leading in e-settlement services provider that aims to offer an efficient and user-friendly platform. Their platform design is led by an experienced team with deep expertise across both the conveyancing and financial services industries

Their Business Services Delivery department is actively focused on building web. Currently, they are looking for a .NET Developer to join the software engineering team to create modern digital software products. The team uses cutting-edge technologies to build high performing, scalable cloud-based solutions in a safe, secure, and agile fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Building new features, enhancing, and maintaining existing features
• Developing new APIs within a Microservices architecture, extending, and maintaining existing Microservices and APIs
• Contribute to sprint planning and work estimation based on Agile methodology.
• Participation and contributions to specification grooming sessions as per Product Led development methodology.
• Analysis of user stories to propose software solutions that meets the specifications.
• Development of solutions as per software solution design and requirements specifications.
• Defect rectification from progression and regression testing.
• Building new maintainable solutions that can be reused and or extended to accommodate state and territory specifics or other specialisations.
• Troubleshooting production issues as required
• Performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Contributing to architectural and technical workshops and decisions
  
  
  

Skills, Experience & Qualification

• Between 3-5 years’ experience in .NET Development
• Microsoft tech stack, C# .NET Core as associated frameworks
• Relational Databases such as SQL Server or equivalent
• Strong understanding of message queues & asynchronous processing
• Strong experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Microservice architecture and web service technologies
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles & source control (Git)
• Strong experience with unit testing and developing testable systems
