ecomstart is building an affiliate site that focuses on comparing different eCommerce platforms, offering tips to start successful online stores, and providing insights into the latest eCommerce trends. We are seeking a skilled English Content Writer with an understanding of SEO to join our team and drive our content efforts.
AS A CONTENT WRITER, YOU WILL:
Collaborate with the Content and SEO specialists to develop compelling blog posts, solution comparisons, and guides aligned with our target audience and business objectives
Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and incorporate valuable SEO keywords into content
Utilize on-page SEO techniques, including keyword optimization, internal linking, and meta tag implementation, to enhance content visibility in search engine results
Write high-quality and engaging content that resonates with our audience and encourages organic traffic growth
Participate in link-building efforts to support content distribution and domain authority improvement
Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, optimize content for higher conversion rates, craft compelling calls-to-action, and contribute to the overall success of our affiliate program
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices to continuously optimize content for improved search rankingsProven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role, with a minimum of 1 year of writing website content in English (please submit writing samples along with your CV)
Demonstrate a track record of creating content that drives conversions, whether through persuasive copywriting, effective CTAs, or other strategies
Experience in SEO copywriting and a strong understanding of how to incorporate SEO techniques into content creation
Ability to research and curate information independently from reputable sources to enhance content credibility
A keen eye for detail, impeccable grammar, and the ability to deliver error-free content
Experience working with analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.)
Passion for eCommerce and a curiosity to explore and understand the latest trends in the industry
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with the Marketing Manager and other team members
Knowledge of various eCommerce platforms is a plus
Experience in executing successful link-building campaigns is a huge plusSalary: Starting from $500 + performance reward, reviewed every 6 months
5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM)
