Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi - the shopping mall which shall be the 1st curated lifestyle mall in Vietnam which have a 5-floor shopping mall, cinema, hypermarket, and aquarium. Currently, Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi is looking for an Interior Designer.

Responsibilities

1. Interior Design (70%)

• Propose design ideas and develop plans for interior space changes within the shopping center
• Control the design in accordance with the plans, materials, and color schemes
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure the project is executed according to the design specifications
• Review work scope, schedule, cost, manpower of the contractor
• Inspect quotations, construction plans, acceptance procedures, and payments with the contractor

2. Design Management (20%)

• Check and approve Design drawings of tenant according to the design standards of the shopping mall
• Manage and inspect technical drawing documents, collaborate with design consultancy contractors on renovation and new improvement projects in the common areas of the shopping mall
• Review other aspects of the project such as interior lighting, graphics, displays, fixtures and furniture, equipment, etc.
• On-site inspection includes approving construction drawings and checking materials, as well as controlling design changes.

3. Other assigned task related to LOTTE's project (10%)

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree majored in Architecture, Interior design

- Having at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and experience in the retail market, shopping center is an advantage

- Creative, update with latest trends

- Good Business English to communicate and work with expat

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Ms Office
