YOUR MISSION: Lead and coordinate internal communication about our production activities in Vietnam and the Southeast Asia zone, ensuring a consistent flow of information and content across teams through demanding planning and execution.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead and implement the communication strategy:
- Physical and digital channels of all our activities.
- Participate actively in the leading team routines.
2. Project Management:
Follow up the content production from scouted success stories to deliverables including:
- Apply governance on content topics.
- Brief external vendor follow-up.
- Coordination with each team and vendor for production.
- Content review/validation.
- Support the production communication plan execution.
3. Supplier management:
- Follow-up budget with vendors panel ensuring internal compliance and following finance processes.
- Ensure day-to-day touchpoints with vendors for ongoing projects.
4. Production event coordination:
- Ensure brand consistency through design support (key visuals, slides, gifts, decoration).
- Execute pre-post communication content and spreading (invitation format, distribution list, after movie, etc)
- Coordinate with HQ for global events (IT, content).
5. Content creation and editing:
- Create and edit internal prod communication content for various channels (articles, webpages, slides, posters, etc
- Ready to post-production content adaptation for corporate communication (internal & external).
6. Performance Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of internal prod communication initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on KPIs.
