As an Accountant cum HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions and bookkeeping activities as well as calculate the payroll for company. Your duties will include:
• Make timesheets according to the regulations of the enterprise.
• Monitor and ensure that the timekeeping of employees is carried out fully and accurately.
• Periodically calculate salaries for groups of employees based on timesheets, bonuses, allowances and deductions according to regulations of enterprises (Personal Income Tax, Social Insurance,)
• Include the spreadsheet of salary advances in the month in the final salary table to calculate the actual salary received for employees. (if any)
• Update new income calculation parameters when employees are promoted – salary increases.
• Manage non-salary incomes for personal income tax finalization.
• Implement the payment of salaries to employees periodically.
• Making periodic personal income tax finalization reports. Make social insurance report forms. Making periodic reports on salaries, social insurance, health insurance; trade union funds are the responsibility of salary accountants.
• Input
• Making weekly, monthly payroll report as per manager request.
• Record/enter the invoice for the purchase of goods and related documents.
• Issue sales VAT invoices.
• Making the receipts, cash, and bank receipts.
• Tracking inventory of goods.
• Declare taxes and prepare the financial statements.
• Other tasks will be assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 5-10 years experience
• Graduated in Accounting/Audit/Financial
• Strong computer skills such as typing, system and software knowledge.
• Accurate data entry skills with great mindfulness
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with employees regarding their issues and concerns.
• Sound decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with specific deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
• Proficiency in English is a plus
