JOB SUMMARY:
- Global Facility Staff is responsible for supporting facility operations across global sites by coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring utilities systems, ensuring compliance utilities systems, ensuring compliance with standards, and assisting in facility projects to maintain safe, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure.
- This position support daily facility operations including utilities systems (HVAC, Chiller, FCU, AHU), cleanroom environment control, fire protection systems, documentation, and coordination with vendors and internal teams under the guidance of the Global Facility Manager.
ESSENTAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support daily operation and monitoring of facility systems
- Assist in troubleshooting and follow-up actions.
- Support cleanroom operations (class 100.000)
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and pressure differential.
- Support inspection and maintenance of fire protection systems
- Maintain fire safety documentation.
- Support facility projects and layout changes.
- Assist in reviewing drawings and redlines
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and global teams.
- Communicate effectively in English for: Email, online meetings, technical discussions.
- Support global coordination and reporting.
- Maintain facility documentation and reports
- Prepare basic reports and presentations in English
- Timely follow up of facility issues
- PM task completion rate.
- Accuracy of documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Facility/ Engineering.
- 3-6 years experience in facility.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, Chiller, Cleanroom, Fire protection systems.
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
- Problem – solving and follow up
- Documentation and reporting.
- Teamwork and time management.
- Support and recommend actions.
- Escalate risks and safety issues.
