- Proven proficiency in English (IELTS at least 6.5 or equivalent, especially in Speaking and Writing skills);
- Knowledge in Project Management;
- Motivational and strong leadership abilities;
- Proficiency in Data Analytics, including JavaScript and Power BI (Strong in using Power BI is an advantage);
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Development;
- From 1 year experience in Quality or Operation BPO is preferred;
- Ability to identify and drive improvements at different levels;
- Exceptional communication and people skills;
- Stakeholders management experience;
- Cost saving and realization;
- Pro-active and able to create and develop networks across work centers and teams;
- Able to work without supervision to challenging deadlines;
- Demonstrated excellent data analysis skills with strong logical thinking mindset; ability to organize and analyze data in a structured manner to create operational reports;
- Willingness to travel as required.
