Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Student and Parent Consultation:
Approach and engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational needs and aspirations.
Provide detailed information about Scholarship Course, Study Abroad Support Service, Career Coach Course and others.
Service Promotion and Sales:
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our educational services.
Assist in the enrollment process for students in the various courses and services.
Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company. Commission is applied to successful enrollments.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their parents to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Follow up with potential leads and provide additional information or support as needed.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Strong sales and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of educational programs and scholarship opportunities is a plus.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Previous experience in education consulting or a related field is preferred, but not required.Base salary (from VND Fresher/partime: 4,000,000 - Experienced: up to 10,000,000)
Commission on successful enrollments.
