Work closely with the company to align language training with company goals and individual development plans.Bachelor's degree in English, Education or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably with adult learners or professionals.
Strong command of the English language with excellent pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using digital teaching tools and online platforms to facilitate learning.
Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their language goals.
Keep detailed records of employees' study habits and monitor their learning progress.
Manage classes with approximately 15-25 participants.
Ability to inspire and motivate employees to learn and improve their English skills.Negotiable salary based on your skills & experience
Flexible class schedule: after working hours (17:00) or on weekends, with each session lasting 1-2 hours.
Offer both online and offline training sessions.
