ABOUT VINUNIVERSITY
- VinUniversity (VinUni: https://vinuni.edu.vn/) is the first private, not-for-profit Vietnamese university established based on international standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Implement administrative tasks including logistics preparation for employees on business trips (hotel booking, air ticket booking, taxi…), office supplies (stationary, consumables, etc), department hotline and email management, events coordinator, shuttle bus management…
- In charge of procurement of operational goods and services (e.g. housekeeping and technical consumables, catering services, etc.).
- Manage facility leasing customers and contracts (cafeteria, convenience store, stadium, photo shooting, venue leasing, dormitory …).
- Coordinate with vendors and be the key contact person for payments such as administrative costs, outsourcing, facilities, equipment,…
- In charge of company‘s stamps: Get company documents sealed and stamped, collect and file company documents.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Operations Director.
