Huu Toan, a leading provider of power generation and energy solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Planning & Purchasing Executive to work closely with technical and services sales teams to timely provide spare parts, equipments for our maintenance & repairing services.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze sales data of Service Team to compile volumes and buying trends in order to plan and source spare parts with best prices.
• Regularly engage with sales team to understand customer needs
• Ensure safety stock for high-demand key products, while proactively managing long-standing inventory and collaborating with Sales to propose solutions.
• Proactively work with the Technical Team to get purchasing requirement, outsourced services, and conduct field surveys to identify multiple solutions and the best-priced sources with suitable quality.
• Conduct a minimum of 2 Supplier meetings per year to assess suppliers, evaluate supply capabilities, negotiate pricing, and exchange insights on emerging trends and new substitutes.
• Conduct re-sourcing at least once a year (re-evaluate and compare prices among multiple suppliers) for key product lines or suppliers involved in frequent transactions to ensure the purchasing price remains the best on the market with desired quality.
• Directly and indirectly manage nationwide procurement needs for the Service team.
• Collaborate with the Technical team to check and provide essential materials, equipments, spare parts for all Service Stations.
