Huu Toan has a humble beginning. We started with a small store near Ben Thanh market with a couple of second-hand longtail boat engines; we now have grown into a much larger company with a household brand 40 years later. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Procurement

Play the role of Procurement executive to maintain the supply of goods and services that meet pricing target, quality standard & production schedule. The role includes but is not limited to:

• Define and implement procurement strategies, procedures and policies
• Establish and maintain long-term relationship with suppliers
• Negotiate to assure the best price, quality and other commercial term as after-sales service, payment term and warranty
• Sourcing new products/ services/ suppliers following procurement strategy
• Manage procurement process on ERP system
• Handle procurement operation incl. PO, contract, LC, insurance, payment, etc.
• Monitor delivery closely to meet production schedule
• Coordinate with QC and suppliers to solve and improve quality issues
• Explore procurement upgraded module on ERP system
• Calculate TCO (Total cost of ownership) for accounting team issue sales price
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

2. Planning

Play the role of Planning executive to coordinate between the presales team and sales team and the factory to ensure on-time delivery of Product orders. The role includes but is not limited to:

• Respond to product lead time checking requests from salesman, flexibly adjust production plan to meet customers’ request for short lead time
• Proceed Product orders sent by salesman: Confirm Product orders with final delivery time, product models, special request, etc.
• Ensure on-time delivery of Product orders
• Maintain stock and lead time dashboard for presales team and sales team
• Build and adjust production plan
• Ensure material availability for production continuity by planning material purchase and coordinating with procurement executives on material delivery to meet production schedule
• Analyse and build material forecast based on sales forecast, historical data, company strategy and marketing events
• Manage aging stock, inventory turnover and create purchase requisition corresponding to product orders received, factory capacity and demand forecast.
• Explore the MRP & product order module in ERP system
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager
