• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow call center “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Handle customer complaints, manage our hotline, and monitor key metrics such as CSAT, NPE, and CES.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure a consistent customer experience
• Manage customer inquiries and issues to ensure timely resolution

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in customer experience or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of power generation and energy solutions is a plus
