• Budget expense management: expense report, red invoice, financial plan,...
• Import expense data into SAP system
• Follow and implement the handover of assets to each user and the process of handling lost and damaged assets
• Control, register parking, access card, health check
• Buy IT equipment and office stationary, etc
• Event organization (Monthly event, YEP,...)
• Others task assign by Manager.
  

1. Education: BA in HR field or related fields
2. Experience: at least 02 years experience at the same position. Prefer experience in IT company
3. Language: English in advance (04 skills)
4. Skill:

• Good at communication, team work skill
• Self-confident, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.
• Active, hardworking, enthusiastic, love contact and networking with people
