• Overseeing and managing the restaurant operations.
• Ensuring and maintaining the smooth running of the department at all times.
• Establishing departmental standard operational procedures.
• Drafting headcounts, position rosters, and job descriptions.
• Holding daily staff briefings and assigning work schedules and stations.
• Supervising, coaching, and instructing all departmental staff.
• Developing F&B concepts in coordination with the General Manager.
• Planning, organizing, and executing annual and seasonal Food and Beverage promotion plans.
• Planning, developing, and calculating food menus and standard recipes.
• Planning and developing beverage menus.
• Make daily restaurant inspections and take corrective actions.
• Assignment of the management to the General Manager.

• Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management and other related majors

• Minimum three years of experience (3) and two years of experience (2) in the hospitality industry

• Priority is given to candidates having worked in a similar position for international hotels/resorts and can start as soon as possible

• Fluency in English

• Good computer skills
