Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree or a related qualification in the field.
Certification in HR, Recruitment, or Training (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred.
Experience supporting or coordinating training initiatives is desirable.
